Talk about an AIVA-connected websiteTHE FOUNDATIONS, TAKEN CARE OF
We agree the scope around your business. These are the essentials we plan for, so the finished website feels good to your guests and works for your team.
Discuss your projectA distinctive look, clear content hierarchy, mobile layouts and accessible, keyboard-friendly navigation.
Flexible content editing for menus, rooms, offers and events, with a practical handover.
Page titles, descriptions, crawlable content, internal links, relevant structured data and redirect planning for rebuilds.
Optimised images, lightweight pages and careful handling of booking widgets and other third-party tools.
Booking engines, reservations, enquiry forms and CRM connections, subject to your provider’s capabilities.
Agree how to measure enquiries, booking clicks and reservations. Set up analytics and consent tools to match the scope.
CLEAR FROM THE VERY FIRST CONVERSATION
You work directly with the person designing and developing your site. A clear scope, an agreed quote and a plan you can follow.
We talk through your guests, goals, current website and booking tools. You get a proposed scope, cost and timeline before work begins.
We map the pages and guest journeys, then shape the look and content around the actions that matter to your business.
Development, content and integrations come together. We check mobile use, accessibility, performance and enquiry journeys.
We plan redirects, check the launch essentials and show your team how to manage the site. Ongoing support can be agreed separately.
EXPERIENCE YOU CAN SPEAK TO
I’m Josh, an award-winning WordPress developer and web performance specialist based in Rugby, Warwickshire. I’ve spent more than 15 years building websites and making them work better.
bukd. brings that experience to hospitality. I combine thoughtful design with the technical detail that makes a website fast, discoverable and easier to book through. You’ll speak to me, and I’ll be the person doing the work.
A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
Something else on your mind?
Just ask Josh.
It depends on the size of the site, the content you need and the booking or business systems it connects to. After an initial conversation, you’ll receive a clear proposal with scope, cost and any ongoing or third-party charges identified. There’s no obligation to go ahead.
We’ll agree a realistic timeline once the scope, content and integrations are understood. If you have an opening date, campaign or seasonal deadline, mention it when you get in touch so we can plan around it.
Usually, a website can link to or embed your existing booking or reservation system. Deeper integrations depend on the provider’s API and access. We’ll check what your system supports before agreeing the work.
WordPress is the main platform, with editing set up around the content your team needs to manage. If your project needs a different approach, we’ll discuss that at the start and explain the options.
Technical and on-page SEO are part of the planning: useful page structure, titles, descriptions, crawlable content, relevant structured data and performance. For rebuilds, we also plan redirects. Ongoing content, local SEO and competitive search campaigns can be scoped separately; rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Yes. The editing experience is built around your day-to-day content, with a handover so your team can make routine updates. More complex changes and ongoing maintenance can be covered by a separate support arrangement.
No. The studio works with hospitality businesses whether or not they use AIVA. If you do use it, we can explore how your website and AIVA’s guest communication tools work together.
Yes. If a full rebuild isn’t needed, we can discuss focused development, a performance audit or improvements to important booking and enquiry pages. The right starting point depends on your site and your goals.
